Based on the Penguin's costume from the 1992 movie "Batman Returns". Batman is faced with some new villains in this sequel movie, now featuring the likes of Catwoman and the Penguin. The latter, abandoned by his parents for his abnormal appearance when he was a baby, he grew up in the sewers of Gotham, feeding into his hatred for the "normal" person. In his ploy to become the new mayor, he plots his evil scheme.

I was commissioned by an Instagram mutual of mine, Vallie, to make him a vest for their Penguin costume. Made of silver upholstery fabric and purple lining, it features double breasted silver buttons, a deep cut in the front, welt pockets, and a shawl collar.
