Good Omens Cosplay
Made and put together during 2019.
Based on the famous novel by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett, "Good Omens" is the story of the end of the world, and how a demon and angel work together to prevent that from happening. By finding the antichrist, a mere child, and trying to convince him of the world's good intentions, they hope that the apocalypse can be stopped.
My friend Katie and I adored the "Good Omens" television show. We decided that our personalities definitely worked well with the title characters, Crowley and Aziraphale. I thrifted and transformed my demon Crowley outfit (jacket, jeans, belt, and boots), made the matching vest, and bought the snake necklace and sunglasses from Amazon. The vest was made from black flannel and red satin, with silver buttons down the front. The jacket had the lining replaced with red satin, the jeans were painted black with a coat of gloss, the boots covered with holographic knit snakeskin and soles painted red, and the belt covered in the same snakeskin. The pants also had a tuxedo stripe of the black knit snakeskin. The snakehead belt buckle was sculpted out of clay and glued on to the buckle. My hair was colored with red/orange eyeshadow, and I wore one of my black button up shirts under the vest. Aziraphale's bowtie was made by me with a blue and beige plaid.
